Check current conditions and the forecast for any city. This is one of the few DeskDazzle tools that genuinely needs a connection, and it says so plainly when it does not have one rather than showing you a stale number as if it were live.

Does the weather tool work offline?
No, and it will tell you so. A forecast has to be fetched. Most other DeskDazzle tools do work with no connection — this one cannot.
